CounsellingOnline has been designed to work with a wide range of computers, operating systems and internet connections (including both broadband and dial-up).

To access our counselling services, Cookies need to be enabled. Further information about online security can be accessed via this link.

This site is best viewed at screen resolutions of 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768. Higher resolutions may make some text difficult to read.

Problem with Cookies?

Browser Instructions
Mozilla Firefox (1.0) If you use Firefox follow these steps:
  • Go to the "Tools" menu.
  • Select "Options".
  • Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
  • Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".
  • Click "OK" to save changes.

 

Netscape 7.x/Mozilla 5.x

If you use Netscape 7.x or Mozilla 5.x follow these steps:

  • Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
  • Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand.
  • Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."
  • Select "Enable all cookies".
  • Click "OK".

Internet Explorer 6+

If you use the Internet Explorer 6 follow these steps:

  • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
  • Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  • Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
  • Click "OK".

Internet Explorer 5.x

If you use the Internet Explorer 5.x follow these steps:

  • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
  • Click on the "Security" tab.
  • Click the "Custom Level" button.
  • Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
  • Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
  • Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
  • Click "OK".
  • Reload the page
